…with the rehearsal! It was 100 degrees; I accidentally typed 1000 at first, and that’s what it felt like. Ugh. Darek took all of these. I think he did pretty good. If it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t have a photography business. And 4 digital SLRs. I think I’ll keep him around. : D

To celebrate the 2-month anniversary of my trip to Idaho, I present these pictures of the long-ago vacation:

Lera’s then-fiance now-husband’s family’s lakehouse on Lake Coeur d’Alene:

This dandelion was freaking huge. Like the size of a softball.

The tiki-torch got a little too crazy:

The lake house as seen from the boat out on the lake:

Lera hanging out on the dock:

Our last night there we got to do S’mores! I was so excited.

There will be more. Hopefully sooner than 2 months from now. Cheers!

A picture I wouldn’t give a client (for technical reasons), but for some reason, I kind of like:

I’m finally getting around to working on my sister’s bridals that we took the day before the wedding in Idaho last month. It was 100 degrees, there was no shade, the scenery wasn’t what I’d been expecting or hoping for, we were shooting in the worst part of the day, and we were running out of time. I was terribly disappointed by the results. Thus the delay in processing.

But, anyway, here she is:
