I signed Darek up for cooking classes as his Christmas present. He’s a very good cook. : ) The first recipe he tried at home was shrimp bisque.
There were a lot of ingredients; pictured here are garlic, leeks, shrimp, and everything together in the blender:

The verdict: YUM. Soup, bread, and a glass of white wine…you just can’t go wrong.
